Covid-19 Protocol

​Guidelines have been set out by my association - NAVP.

  • Appointments will take place outside where possible 

  • Masks will be worn by myself and owners during appointments indoors

  • Only one owner should be present at the appointment 

  • All equipment will be disinfected between appointments 

  • Social distancing will be maintained where possible 

  • To minimise contact time case history will be updated prior to the appointment. This will be via phone/email/video call

  • If I show symptoms of COVID-19 all appointments will be cancelled and re-arranged for as soon as possible after a negative test result

  • If you or any of your household is showing COVID-19 symptoms (High Temperature, Persistent Cough, Loss of Taste or Smell) please cancel your appointment, there will be no charge for these cancellations 

  • Please notify me prior to the appointment if anyone in your household is considered vulnerable or is self-isolating
